  • Membership and transaction information required to manage subscriptions, ticket values, and payment confirmations through supported payment services.
  • Platform interaction data such as follows, participation status, notifications, and in-app engagement patterns.

How We Use Information

  • To operate Social Monkey features including discovery, creator verification, memberships, ticketing, activity participation, and community management.
  • To improve recommendations and relevance for pages such as Discover, Verified, Explore tags, and profile/community/activity experiences.
  • To provide communication about account actions, activity updates, membership status, and important platform notices.
  • To maintain trust and safety by investigating abuse, fraud, policy violations, or suspicious activity.

Social Links, Public Profiles, and Visibility

  • Public communities, activities, and creator profiles may be visible to other users and search engines where indexing is enabled.
  • If you add social links such as WhatsApp or Instagram to activities, communities, or profiles, those links may be visible to members and visitors based on visibility settings.
  • Verified status, ratings, and community metrics can be displayed publicly to help users discover trusted creators and groups.

Payments and Memberships

  • Payments are processed by integrated payment providers. Social Monkey does not store complete card details on its own systems.
  • Membership tiers, subscription status, and transaction references are retained to provide billing support, access control, and reporting.

Data Sharing

  • We may share data with service providers that help us run hosting, analytics, notifications, authentication, media delivery, and payment processing.
  • We may disclose information when required by law, legal process, or to protect users, rights, and platform integrity.
  • We do not sell personal information as part of standard platform operations.
